The Anasazi Restaurant is inspired by Santa Fe's rich cultural and culinary history with menus showcasing contemporary Southwest cuisine. Local ingredients serve as the foundation for the Anasazi Restaurant which include strong regional influences that enrich the traditions that have inspired generations and celebrate Santa Fe’s vibrant communities.

Cost for this enchanting evening:

• $250 for NMBTC members and guests (current members, spouses and partners can be considered guests)

• $285 for other BTCI chapter members
